reason i fired chitika. number 1
chitika apparently wont work with free sites and since it does not pay me anything i certainly cannot afford to waste my time and ad space on it. good news for other advertisers who do pay tho because more ad space available. 
you know if i had made even a little money with them i would have kept them around... oh well.
